Role Overview
The Operations Manager will support the effective planning, coordination, and delivery of the Inclusive Digital Finance programme.
The role works across programme, finance, compliance, legal, HR, marketing, and subject matter expert teams.
The position reports to the Senior Operations Manager and supports delivery, reporting, and business planning.
About the Team
GSMA’s Mobile for Development team uses digital technology and the mobile ecosystem to reduce inequalities and support sustainable socioeconomic impact.
The Inclusive Digital Finance programme works with providers, policymakers, and partners to improve financial access and financial health for underserved populations.
The programme is supported by Visa, GSMA, and GSMA members.
Responsibilities
- Provide financial management, particularly monthly forecasting.
- Manage programme procurement with internal and external suppliers in accordance with GSMA and GSMA Foundation processes.
- Lead programme planning for internal and external deliverables.
- Ensure project management processes, tools, and governance mechanisms support effective delivery.
