We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations of our UAE Labor Supply & Manpower Services business.

Responsibilities
- Manage overall operations of labor supply and manpower outsourcing projects across the UAE
- Lead and supervise the Operations Team including Coordinators, Camp Bosses, Transport Coordinators, Site Supervisors, and Client Relations personnel
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor manpower mobilization, deployment, replacement, and demobilization
- Ensure contractual obligations, SLAs, and KPIs are consistently achieved
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and address operational concerns promptly
- Coordinate with Recruitment, HR, Payroll, Finance, Transport, and Camp Management to ensure smooth workflows
- Monitor workforce attendance, productivity, utilization, and project performance
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE regulations, company policies, and HSE requirements
- Prepare operational reports, manpower forecasts, budgeting support, and performance analysis for senior management
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, service quality, and cost optimization
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related discipline
- Minimum 5–8 years of UAE experience, including 3–5 years in an Operations Manager role within Labor Supply or Manpower Outsourcing industry
- Proven experience managing large scale blue collar manpower operations across multiple client sites
- Strong understanding of MOHRE regulations, UAE Labour Law, labor supply operations, workforce planning, and manpower deployment
- Experience in client relationship management, contract management, and SLA/KPI monitoring
- Strong leadership, planning, scheduling, negotiation, and people management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/Operations Management software
- Excellent communication and problem solving abilities
- Valid UAE Driving Licence is preferred
- Immediate joiners or candidates on short notice preferred
