Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE
- Generate leads and convert prospects into long term clients
- Promote labor supply and manpower outsourcing services
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with new and existing clients
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close contracts
- Coordinate with Operations and Recruitment teams to ensure timely manpower deployment
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow ups
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in the Labor Supply/Manpower Outsourcing industry
- Proven track record of generating business and securing manpower supply contracts
- Strong network with Construction, MEP, Facilities Management, Industrial, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Logistics, and Contracting companies in the UAE
- Excellent knowledge of the UAE labor supply market
- Strong sales, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Valid UAE Driving Licence (Mandatory)

Job Summary
