About the Role
We are hiring an experienced Finance Manager with a strong background in the UAE Labor Supply/Manpower Outsourcing industry to lead finance operations and ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Finance & Accounts Department, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency
- Oversee all accounting functions including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank Reconciliation, and Fixed Assets
- Manage high volume payroll and WPS processing for blue collar and white collar employees in compliance with MOHRE regulations
- Ensure full compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, IFRS, and all statutory reporting requirements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, management reports, and MIS reports
- Develop and monitor annual budgets, financial forecasts, cash flow, and working capital
- Monitor project costing, labor cost analysis, profitability, and cost control across multiple projects
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities
- Establish and strengthen internal controls, financial policies, and risk management procedures
- Support senior management with financial planning, business analysis, and strategic decision making
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to ensure high performance and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CA/ACCA/CMA preferred)
- Minimum 4–5 years of managerial experience in the UAE Labor Supply/Manpower sector
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, WPS, MOHRE regulations, payroll, budgeting, cash flow, and financial reporting
- Experience managing high volume payroll for blue collar workforces
- Proficient in ERP/Accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Immediate joiners or candidates on short notice preferred
