Stryker is hiring an Operations Manager for its GTM markets.

The role is based in Riyadh or Dubai and covers operational activities across KSA and UAE.

The position is part of the Operations Leadership team.

Develop and implement operations strategy across customer service, kit booking, logistics, shipping and receiving, warehousing, and asset management.
Manage operational activities and ensure talent is sourced, developed, managed, and engaged.
Identify and implement process improvements and sustain breakthrough solutions.
Direct work activities and projects based on customer and market needs.
Maintain relationships across commercial, regulatory, quality, finance, supply chain, sales, and marketing functions.
Lead cross-functional projects and support integration of operations during relevant mergers or acquisitions.
Ensure compliance with SOX, FCPA, and other policies and regulations.
Support process standardization and alignment.
Review and achieve customer and logistics service KPIs and financial metrics.

Degree in business, logistics, or an equivalent discipline.
At least five years of experience in similar operational responsibilities.
Experience ideally combining logistics or warehouse management with customer-facing responsibility.
At least three years of people management experience.
Experience in a multinational company with a complex organization.
Fluency in English.
Arabic language skills are an advantage.
Lean, process excellence, or Six Sigma tools, training, or certification experience is advantageous.
