The Arterial Regional Manager uses independent judgement and decision making to drive regional revenue growth, market development, customer adoption, and operational excellence.
This role leads and develops Account Managers while building relationships with key customers, physicians, health systems, and organization stakeholders.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Regional Support for Program Development and strategic initiatives with regional leaders and field sales.
- Own regional revenue, forecasts, and growth targets.
- Develop and execute business plans to expand market share, accounts, and customer relationships.
- Analyze performance, market trends, competition, and pipeline opportunities.
- Recruit, onboard, develop, and retain key talent.
- Coach through field observations, reviews, planning, and feedback; address performance gaps and expectations.
- Monitor activity, pipeline, case coverage, account penetration, and productivity.
- Ensure effective sales processes, CRM use, forecasting, and customer support.
- Develop cohesive working partnerships with AVP, VTE RSM, Strat Sales, and Account Managers.
- Represent company at various trade shows or educational meetings and complete all necessary reports.
- Create an environment of collaboration, inspiration, and accountability through regular communication within the team, embodying and embracing Stryker culture.
- Demonstrate leadership ability within the team and throughout the organization, e.g. with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Clinical, Training, Finance and HR to share insights, resolving barriers, and representing regional priorities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, laws, regulations, and ethical standards, while promoting patient focus, integrity, and professionalism.

- Strong leadership, coaching, presentation, organizational and managerial skills.
- Solid business acumen, with financial and commercial understanding.
- Able to effectively communicate both internally and externally verbally and in writing.

- Demonstrate effective educational and presentation skills in diverse settings from one-on-one to formal large group situations.
Education And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field required.
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in medical device sales required.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in medical device sales leadership role preferred
- Preferable, previous experience in peripheral vascular space.

Base + commission: $125,000.00 and may be eligible to earn commission and/or bonuses + benefits.
