FSGene Medical Molecular Genetics Laboratory is seeking an experienced Operations Manager in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
The role oversees operations for a molecular diagnostics, research, and training facility in KSA.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day facility and laboratory operations.
- Coordinate staffing, resources, procurement, equipment, and facility requirements.
- Monitor operational performance, timelines, service delivery, and KPIs.
- Coordinate with Technical, Quality, Commercial, and support teams.
- Support implementation of new laboratory services, research projects, and training programs.
- Manage vendors, maintenance, calibration, PPM, and other operational requirements.
- Identify operational issues and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
- Support budgeting, cost monitoring, and management reporting.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Relevant experience in healthcare, diagnostics, laboratory, biotechnology, or life sciences is preferred.
- Previous supervisory or management experience is preferred.
- Strong leadership, coordination, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience within the Saudi healthcare or laboratory sector is advantageous.
