The Customer Relations Officer manages communication and coordination with clients, healthcare providers, trainees, research partners, and other stakeholders.
The role supports molecular diagnostics, research, and training services.
Key responsibilities
- Handle client inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Provide approved information on laboratory services, training programs, requirements, pricing, and timelines.
- Coordinate appointments, sample-related communication, training registrations, certificates, and follow-ups.
- Liaise with laboratory and internal teams to provide timely client updates.
- Maintain accurate inquiry, lead, follow-up, and customer-interaction records.
- Coordinate concerns and complaints with technical, operations, or quality teams.
- Support communications with hospitals, clinics, universities, researchers, students, and corporate clients.
- Support customer feedback and satisfaction monitoring while maintaining confidentiality and professional communication.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, life sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in healthcare, laboratory services, customer relations, or a related environment.
- Strong Arabic and English communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, customer-service, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Experience with CRM or customer-management systems is an advantage.
