About the role
Lead the Glendenning ARC site, described as Sydney's largest manufacturing operation.
Ensure smooth and efficient operations while maintaining safety and meeting production targets.
Report directly to the NSW Area Manager.
What you will be doing
- Own full P&L responsibility for revenue, margin, operating costs, working capital, and branch financial performance.
- Lead production, logistics, scheduling, service execution, maintenance planning, and reliability improvements.
- Set production, service, cost, volume, and financial targets aligned with budgets and business strategy.
- Manage and mentor the operations team through accountability, performance management, and leadership.
- Drive process improvement, productivity, cost efficiency, inventory control, and material utilisation.
- Partner with Sales and Commercial teams to grow profitable volume and improve customer service.
- Use operational and financial data to identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Contribute to strategic decisions, budgets, business plans, and a safety-first culture.
What you will bring
- Experience managing a full P&L or significant operational budget.
- Strong understanding of revenue, margin, cost, working capital, productivity, labour, inventory, and capital expenditure.
