Possess exceptional fault finding and troubleshooting skills

Be able to read and interpret hydraulic and mechanical drawings

Hands on capability, including welding

Familiarity with CMMS systems (preferred)

Have a proactive approach to maintenance, whilst holding safety and customer needs as core values

Be a confident communicator who can work autonomously

Self-starter who is focused on outcomes and keen to contribute to the business as a whole
