Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor and based at our Newcastle Wire Mill in Mayfield, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality electrical maintenance services across site operations, ensuring equipment reliability, minimising downtime and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment.
Execute preventative and breakdown maintenance to maximise equipment uptime and reliability.
Diagnose and resolve electrical, instrumentation and control faults efficiently.
Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to optimise fixed plant performance.
Contribute to continuous improvement and root cause analysis initiatives.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, procedures, and site requirements.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
Hours are Monday-Friday, 6.00am-3.00pm with a 9-day fortnight. Candidates must be willing and able to work shifts if required, including a 12-hour roster.
