Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee daily operations and production activities related to flexo narrow web printing
- Ensure achievement of production targets, quality standards, delivery timelines, and cost efficiency
- Drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes, machine utilisation, waste reduction, and productivity
- Monitor and optimise plant performance, manpower planning, maintenance coordination, and workflow efficiency
- Support management in strategic and operational decision making based on production, commercial, and customer requirements
- Provide techno commercial support to customers by understanding their printing needs, recommending suitable solutions, and addressing technical concerns
- Work closely with sales and customer facing teams to assist in commercial negotiations, product discussions, and solution selling
- Handle customer interactions related to product performance, print quality, troubleshooting, and process optimization
- Coordinate with internal teams including production, quality, sales, supply chain, and maintenance to ensure smooth business operations
- Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards applicable in Saudi Arabia
- Prepare and present operational reports, performance reviews, and improvement plans to senior management
- Build and mentor operational teams to create a high performance and customer focused culture
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Printing Technology, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- 10 12 years of experience in printing/packaging industry with strong expertise in flexo narrow web printing
- Proven experience in an operations, production, or plant management role
- Strong understanding of printing processes, substrates, inks, adhesives, quality parameters, and production troubleshooting
- Demonstrated exposure to decision making responsibilities at operational or business level
- Ability to manage both production operations and customer techno commercial interactions
- Strong commercial awareness with ability to support customer discussions, pricing related coordination, and solution based engagement

Job Summary
- Operations Manager with strong techno commercial expertise in flexo narrow web printing to lead operations in Saudi Arabia.
- Ideal candidate will have 10 12 years of relevant experience, including exposure to strategic decision making, production leadership, and customer facing commercial support.
- This role requires a hands on professional who can effectively manage plant operations, production performance, process improvement, customer technical support, and techno commercial discussions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Printing Technology, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 10 12 years of experience in the printing/packaging industry, with strong expertise in flexo narrow web printing.
- Proven experience in an operations, production, or plant management role.
- Strong understanding of printing processes, substrates, inks, adhesives, quality parameters, and production troubleshooting.
