Role Summary
Lead and oversee the safe, efficient, and profitable operation of a lubricants manufacturing facility and terminal operations.
The role covers production, tank farm activities, material handling, inventory, maintenance coordination, HSE, quality, and operational personnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage lubricants manufacturing, blending, filling, packaging, bulk handling, and terminal operations.
- Oversee receiving, storage, transfers, dispatch, and tanker loading and unloading for base oils, additives, and finished products.
- Plan production and terminal activities according to customer requirements, capacity, and inventory levels.
- Monitor efficiency, tank utilization, product losses, downtime, yield, inventory, and operating costs.
- Coordinate quality control, laboratory activities, maintenance, operational reporting, and KPI monitoring.
- Lead and develop multidisciplinary production, terminal, warehouse, and operational teams.
- Implement HSE procedures, investigate incidents, maintain regulatory compliance, and drive corrective actions.
- Work with procurement, logistics, sales, quality, and senior management to improve end-to-end operations.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in lubricants manufacturing, oil blending, bulk liquid storage, or terminal operations.
- Knowledge of base oils, additives, blending processes, tank farms, pumps, pipelines, and bulk liquid handling.
- Experience managing production and terminal operations simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of HSE, chemical handling, spill prevention, and tanker loading and unloading.
- Experience with production planning, inventory management, and stock reconciliation.
- Leadership experience supervising multidisciplinary operational teams.
- Good understanding of quality control and laboratory coordination.
- Strong problem-solving, planning, decision-making, communication, and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of UAE safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements is highly desirable.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 5,000 to AED 8,000 per month.
- The package includes competitive benefits commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Workplace and Employment
- This is a full-time position in the UAE.
- Work location is in person.
