Operations Manager

We're looking for an ambitious and collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

You will be a confident communicator with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. You'll bring a proactive, solutions-focused approach and a passion for delivering exceptional healthcare services.

Proven experience in healthcare operations management or national screening programmes

Strong knowledge of Lung Cancer Screening pathways, service specifications and key performance indicators

Experience leading geographically dispersed teams and managing operational performance

Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills

Strong analytical, reporting and auditing capabilities

Experience driving quality improvement and service development initiatives

Evidence of ongoing professional development

A commitment to patient safety, quality and continuous improvement
