- Oversee and manage the overall maid service operations across all locations
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
- Manage daily workforce planning, scheduling, and deployment of housekeeping staff
- Monitor operational KPIs, productivity, attendance, and service performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and UAE labor regulations
- Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure effective resolution
- Lead, train, and mentor supervisors, coordinators, and field staff
- Prepare operational reports, budgets, forecasts, and performance analyses
- Coordinate with HR, Recruitment, Sales, and Finance departments to support business objectives
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and business growth
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in housekeeping, maid services, facilities management, or service operations
- Minimum 2 years of managerial experience leading large teams
- Strong leadership, planning, and decision making skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and reporting tools
- UAE Driving License is an advantage
