- Manage housekeeping staff and coordinate effectively with security personnel
- Plan, assign, and monitor daily cleaning activities to ensure operational efficiency
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation across all properties
- Oversee deep cleaning, move in/move out cleaning, and routine housekeeping services
- Coordinate with operations team for updating housekeeping activities
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper use and storage of cleaning supplies, chemicals, equipment, and tools
- Train and guide staff on cleaning procedures, safety practices, and company policies
- Identify maintenance issues and report repair requirements promptly
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company regulations
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor, Facilities Supervisor, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of general and deep cleaning procedures, move in/move out cleaning, pest control coordination, car wash and exterior cleaning operations, cleaning chemicals, materials, and equipment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties or tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Experience in real estate, property management, or facilities management is preferred

Overview
- We are seeking an experienced and dependable Housekeeping Manager to oversee daily cleaning operations, manage housekeeping staff.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, with hands on experience in deep cleaning, move in/move out services, and material management.

- AED 3,500.00 AED 6,000.00 per month
