- Oversee daily catering and event operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
- Manage food production, service standards, logistics, and overall event execution
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and health & safety regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement of food, beverages, and operational supplies
- Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate catering staff including chefs, servers, supervisors, and event coordinators
- Develop staff schedules and manpower plans to ensure adequate coverage
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities
- Communicate with clients to understand event requirements, preferences, and expectations
- Coordinate menu planning, special requests, and event logistics with internal teams
- Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist in preparing operational budgets and monitor operational costs
- Track expenses, revenues, and overall financial performance of catering operations
Requirements
- Experience in leading and overseeing catering operations
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and health & safety regulations
- Experience in team management, recruitment, training, and performance evaluation
- Ability to manage budgets, monitor costs, and ensure profitability

Role Overview
- Our Client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Operations Manager to lead and oversee all catering operations across the organization.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, exceptional service delivery, efficient team management, client satisfaction, and strong financial performance across catering functions.
