- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
- Coordinate with HR and other departments regarding employee attendance and deployment
- Ensure all operational documents are complete and properly maintained
- Resolve operational issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain high standards of customer service and operational efficiency
- Support management with administrative and logistics tasks as required
Requirements
- Minimum 1 2 years of experience in logistics, operations, or coordination
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of Dubai roads and logistics operations is an advantage

Job Summary
