- Train, mentor, and evaluate crew members
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe job site
- Communicate progress and issues to project manager
- Coordinate with subcontractors and other trades
Requirements
- 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role
- Strong knowledge of finishing techniques and quality standards
- Ability to read blueprints and job specifications
- Excellent leadership and communication skills

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman/Supervisor to lead and oversee our finishing crews on residential and/or commercial construction projects. You will be responsible for ensuring high quality finish work is completed on time, within budget, and to specification.
