Responsibilities
- Monitor daily waste collection operations to ensure services are delivered in accordance with performance standards and contractual obligations
- Conduct operational audits and field inspections to verify route completion, crew performance, and overall service quality
- Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi municipality waste management regulations, policies, and operational procedures
- Identify operational gaps, inefficiencies, and service failures, implementing corrective actions to improve performance
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Fleet, and Customer Experience teams to resolve service issues and prevent recurrence
- Track, analyze, and report key operational KPIs, including service completion rates, missed collections, response times, and complaint resolution metrics
- Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity, safety, and service delivery standards
- Liaise with municipal authorities as required regarding service delivery performance and compliance matters
Requirements
- Proven experience in waste management, environmental services, or municipal waste collection operations
- Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi municipality waste management operations and service compliance requirements
- Experience in operations monitoring, auditing, quality assurance, or service performance management roles
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem solving capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with operational teams and drive accountability in service delivery
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills
- Arabic language proficiency is strongly preferred
- Experience working with municipal waste management contractors or facilities management companies within the UAE

Overview
