Role Description
The role supports efficient business operations by optimizing cross-functional workflows, supply chain activity, and service delivery pipelines.
The position works with Finance, Logistics, Procurement, Customer Support, and Product teams and reports to the Head of Operations or Business Operations Manager.
The role is described as entry-to-mid level and focuses on operational tracking, process standardization, and continuous improvement.
Core Responsibilities
- Track core business KPIs and identify workflow bottlenecks.
- Standardize operating procedures and coordinate daily operational deliverables.
- Audit operational logs and coordinate vendor and partner operations.
- Assist with capacity planning and monitor SLA fulfillment.
- Generate data-driven performance reports for management review.
- Investigate operational failures, propose corrective actions, and support quick turnarounds.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
