Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise daily HVAC duct cleaning projects
- Schedule manpower, vehicles, equipment, and materials efficiently
- Conduct site inspections and ensure work is completed according to company standards
- Liaise with clients to ensure timely execution and customer satisfaction
- Prepare quotations, work schedules, and service reports
- Monitor project progress, operational costs, and productivity
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations
- Support business development by identifying new opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain accurate operational documentation and reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HVAC duct cleaning, facilities management, environmental cleaning, or related operations
- Experience in Qatar or GCC preferred
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Good knowledge of HVAC systems and duct cleaning operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with ERP or Facility Management software is an advantage
- Valid Qatar Driving Licence preferred
- Valid QID with NOC preferred for candidates currently in Qatar

Role Overview
- We are looking for a proactive and results driven Operations Executive to join our growing HVAC Duct Cleaning Division. The ideal candidate will coordinate daily operations, manage field teams, ensure service quality, support business development, and maintain excellent customer relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HVAC duct cleaning, facilities management, environmental cleaning, or related operations.
- Experience in Qatar or GCC is preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Good knowledge of HVAC systems and duct cleaning operations.
