Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of HVAC cleaning, kitchen exhaust duct cleaning, hood cleaning, and maintenance services
- Plan, schedule, and monitor project execution to ensure timely completion
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, equipment, and resources
- Monitor project costs and maintain budget control
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate operational and supervisory staff
- Ensure all cleaning and maintenance activities comply with relevant standards and regulations
- Review and approve method statements, risk assessments, and work procedures
- Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures
- Conduct site audits and inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC, kitchen exhaust duct cleaning, facilities management, or related services
- Minimum 1 year in a managerial or leadership role
- Proven experience in operational management
- Valid Qatar Driving License preferred
- Professional certifications related to HVAC, Facilities Management, or Project Management are advantageous

Job Overview
- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Division Manager to lead and develop our HVAC, Kitchen Duct, Exhaust Hood Cleaning, and Maintenance Division in Doha, Qatar.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certifications related to HVAC, Facilities Management, or Project Management are advantageous.
- Valid Qatar Driving License preferred.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC, kitchen exhaust duct cleaning, facilities management, or related services.
- Minimum 1 year in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven experience in operational management.
- Experience working in Qatar or GCC countries is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of HVAC cleaning, kitchen exhaust duct cleaning, hood cleaning, and maintenance services.
- Plan, schedule, and monitor project execution to ensure timely completion.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, equipment, and resources.

- Establish performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Promote a culture of safety, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

- Ensure all cleaning and maintenance activities comply with relevant standards and regulations.
- Review and approve method statements, risk assessments, and work procedures.
- Provide technical guidance on HVAC systems, kitchen exhaust systems, and preventive maintenance programs.
