About the Role
A leading group in Qatar seeks an experienced MEP Maintenance Manager to lead and expand the MEP Maintenance Division. Requires 3-5 years MEP experience in Qatar, a degree in Electrical Engineering, and a valid driving license.

Responsibilities
- Manage the complete MEP maintenance operations for residential, commercial, and industrial facilities
- Plan, schedule, and supervise Preventive Planned Maintenance (PPM) programs
- Coordinate installation, maintenance, and repair work with technicians and subcontractors
- Prepare project cost estimates, quotations, and technical reports
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure work is completed to the highest standards
- Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal departments
- Monitor maintenance budgets and control operational costs
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
- Drive business growth by acquiring new maintenance contracts and clients
Requirements
- Must have experience of running division independently
- Available in Doha for face to face interview
- Should be on a transferable visa with NOC
- Should have a valid Driving license

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, preventive maintenance, and facility management

Job Overview
