- Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure efficient business processes and service delivery
- Monitor operational workflows, identify process gaps, and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain operational records, reports, and documentation with a high level of accuracy
- Liaise with internal departments, vendors, and external stakeholders to support business operations
- Track operational KPIs and prepare periodic reports for management review
- Support procurement, inventory, logistics, and administrative activities as required
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards
- Assist management in implementing operational strategies and process enhancements
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in Operations, Administration, Business Support, or Coordination roles
- Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and reporting tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced and dynamic environment
