Position Overview
The position supports operational excellence and sustainability through data-driven strategies across Electric and Gas utility companies.
The role belongs to the Business Performance team and covers process improvement, business intelligence, change management, sustainability, and project management.
The manager collaborates with engineering, operations, and other business units to improve performance and resource efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead Operations and Engineering business improvement projects and implement plans aligned with business priorities.
- Provide expertise, oversight, leadership, and technical direction across processes, systems, and strategic initiatives.
- Design end-to-end processes, including change management and business intelligence.
- Coordinate process and technology changes with the Process Support team.
