Coordinate the delivery of culture, wellbeing, and recognition initiatives across Global Operations teams.
Ensure tools, resources, and communications are available and accessible to all staff.
Provide operational input into the design of new engagement or wellbeing programmes.
Act as the day-to-day contact point for managers and staff on engagement and wellbeing activities.
Build relationships with regional/country managers to tailor delivery approaches to local needs.
