Operations Engagement Support Manager

Monitor potential risks to workforce morale, engagement, and wellbeing and escalate to the Operations Engagement Lead. Ensure initiatives are delivered in line with organisational policies and frameworks.

Gather and analyse feedback from staff and managers on engagement and wellbeing activities.

Contribute data and insights to inform the Operations Engagement Lead’s reporting on KPIs.

Track delivery progress and uptake of initiatives in different regions.

Provide guidance and support to managers on embedding engagement and wellbeing practices.

Champion organisational values and behaviours through day-to-day delivery.

Support networks, forums, and engagement groups that foster inclusion and wellbeing.

Role: Operations Engagement Support Manager (50355 Location: United Kingdom Pay Band: 7 F Contract type: Indefinite Contract Gross annual salary: £32,381 (Plus an additional £3,300 per annum London Market Allowance if you are based in the London area only) Closing date: 1st Oct 2026 (23:59 Gulf Standard Time) Right to work: Please note that candidates must have the pre-existing legal right to work in the location at the time of application.
