About the Role
The Operations Enablement Manager will lead a team and scale compliant, high-quality servicing experiences across Operations.
The role sets operational readiness strategy so people, processes, and enablement systems evolve with servicing priorities.
The position partners with Product, Engineering, Operations, Compliance, and vendors in a complex regulated environment.
What You’ll Do
- Lead a team delivering cross-functional programs aligned with servicing strategy, OKRs, and business priorities.
- Develop roadmaps and execution plans tracking KPIs, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and risks.
- Drive stakeholder engagement, governance, executive communications, and measurable business outcomes.
- Identify risks and issues, propose data-backed solutions, and drive resolution.
- Apply Lean Six Sigma to improve quality, efficiency, and compliance.
- Manage process and product changes from design through adoption and measurement.
- Create technical manuals and resources for human and AI agents.
