Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operational activities across retail, warehouse, and e commerce channels
- Manage inventory movement, stock accuracy, replenishment, and warehousing processes
- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of online and wholesale orders
- Coordinate with courier partners, freight forwarders, and third party logistics providers
- Monitor shipping performance, delivery timelines, and logistics costs
- Manage daily order processing and fulfillment operations
- Ensure all customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and dispatched
- Identify opportunities to improve fulfillment speed and efficiency
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams during campaigns and product launches
- Lead and improve customer service operations across all channels
- Establish service standards and KPIs for customer satisfaction
- Resolve escalated customer issues professionally and efficiently
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field
- Minimum 4–7 years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, distribution, or retail management
- Experience within fashion, apparel, retail, e commerce, or consumer brands is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of inventory management, fulfillment operations, and customer service processes
- Experience managing GCC and MENA distribution operations is an advantage
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem solving skills
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
- Proficiency in ERP, inventory management systems, Shopify, and Microsoft Office applications

- We are a fast growing fashion and apparel brand headquartered in the UAE, serving customers across the GCC and MENA region through our retail, wholesale, and online channels.
- As we continue to expand internationally, we are looking for an experienced and proactive Operations & Distribution Manager to oversee daily operations, logistics, customer service, and regional distribution.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operational activities across retail, warehouse, and e commerce channels.
- Manage inventory movement, stock accuracy, replenishment, and warehousing processes.
- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of online and wholesale orders.

Retail & Store Operations
- Oversee day to day store operations to ensure smooth functioning.
- Support store teams with inventory planning, merchandising coordination, and operational processes.
- Ensure operational compliance and adherence to company standards.
- Analyze store performance and recommend improvements.
Distribution & Regional Expansion
- Collaborate with distributors, agents, and partners across GCC and MENA markets.
- Support the development and scaling of regional distribution networks.
- Coordinate stock allocation and replenishment for regional partners.
- Ensure efficient cross border logistics and operational support.
Process Improvement & Reporting
- Develop and implement operational SOPs and best practices.
- Monitor key operational KPIs and prepare management reports.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and profitability.
- Support business growth through scalable operational strategies.
Requirements
