- Generate new business opportunities and secure clients across various industries
- Leverage existing client relationships to drive immediate sales opportunities
- Identify and approach prospective clients through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and business development activities
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements
- Negotiate contracts and successfully close deals
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Develop long term relationships with clients and identify opportunities for upselling and cross selling services
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines and reports through CRM and internal reporting systems
- Collaborate with internal marketing and project teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of Business Development or Sales experience in Technology, Digital Marketing, Advertising, IT Services, or related sectors within the Middle East
- Existing client portfolio and strong professional network within the UAE and GCC market is highly preferred
- Proven ability to generate new business and achieve revenue targets
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and technology solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively
- UAE driving license is preferred
- Fluency in English is required
