Role Overview

  • Prime Ventures General Trading LLC is seeking a highly motivated and results oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth for its Technology & Marketing Division.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing existing business relationships, and generating revenue through the sale of digital marketing and technology solutions.
  • This role is ideal for a sales professional with an established network in the Middle East and a proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities and secure clients across various industries.
  • Leverage existing client relationships to drive immediate sales opportunities.
  • Identify and approach prospective clients through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and business development activities.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements.
  • Negotiate contracts and successfully close deals.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Develop long term relationships with clients and identify opportunities for upselling and cross selling services.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines and reports through CRM and internal reporting systems.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing and project teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of Business Development or Sales experience in the Technology, Digital Marketing, Advertising, IT Services, or related sectors within the Middle East.
  • Existing client portfolio and strong professional network within the UAE and GCC market is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to generate new business and achieve revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and technology solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
  • UAE driving license is preferred.
  • Fluency in English is required. Additional languages are an advantage.

Compensation

  • Fixed Basic Salary.
  • Attractive Commission Structure based strictly on revenue generation and target achievement.
