- Develop and execute business development strategies to expand the company's Ship Chandling operations
- Leverage existing industry relationships to secure immediate business opportunities
- Identify, approach, and acquire new clients including ship owners, vessel operators, shipping companies, offshore companies, and marine service providers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers within the maritime sector
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and commercial offers
- Negotiate contracts and close sales opportunities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities
- Coordinate with operations and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular performance reports to management
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of proven business development or sales experience within the Ship Chandling, Marine Supply, Shipping, or Maritime industry in the Middle East
- Existing client base and strong industry network are mandatory
- Demonstrated ability to generate new business and consistently meet sales targets
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Valid UAE driving license preferred
- Self motivated, target oriented, and capable of working independently

Role Overview
- Prime Ventures General Trading LLC is seeking an experienced and results driven Business Development Manager for its Ship Chandling Division.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong network within the maritime industry across the Middle East, an existing client portfolio, and a proven track record of generating new business opportunities and achieving sales targets.
- This is a highly performance driven role offering a fixed basic salary with an attractive commission structure based strictly on revenue generation and target achievement.

- Fixed Basic Salary.

- We are looking for a highly connected sales professional who understands the maritime industry, possesses strong client relationships, and is motivated by performance based earnings.
- Candidates without relevant Ship Chandling or Marine industry experience will not be considered.
