- Manage and guide project managers, technical teams, and operational staff
- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, HSE standards, and industry regulations
- Monitor project performance, budgets, resources, and operational risks
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization
- Support business development activities with technical and operational input
- Ensure effective resource planning, manpower allocation, and utilization across projects

Role Overview
- The Operations Director will be responsible for leading and managing the overall operational performance of CESCO’s technical services, maintenance, testing, and commissioning activities.
- The role ensures operational excellence, customer satisfaction, business growth, cost efficiency, and compliance with quality, safety, and industry standards.

- Provide strategic leadership and direction for all operational activities, including MEP services, maintenance, testing, and commissioning projects.
- Oversee project execution, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and client satisfaction.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
