- Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of major MEP projects
- Manage project budgets, schedules, resources, and overall project performance
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders
- Oversee mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, and ELV works
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, local regulations, and international standards
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve technical and operational challenges
- Lead project meetings and provide regular progress reports to senior management
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality and timely execution
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies and quality management procedures
- Support commercial activities including variation orders, claims, cost control, and risk management
- Mentor and develop project engineers and site teams
Requirements
- Experience in leading the planning, execution, and successful delivery of major MEP projects
- Ability to manage project budgets, schedules, resources, and overall project performance
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, and ELV works
- Experience in coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders
- Familiarity with HSE policies and quality management procedures

Job Summary
- CESCO is seeking an experienced ELV PROJECT MANAGER to lead the execution and delivery of large scale Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects across commercial, residential, healthcare, hospitality, and infrastructure sectors.
- The successful candidate will oversee the complete project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, quality compliance, budget control, and client satisfaction while leading multidisciplinary project teams.
