- Supervise maintenance, inspection, testing, and troubleshooting of fire protection systems

Requirements
- Experience in fire protection system maintenance and supervision
- Knowledge of NFPA standards
- Ability to supervise technicians and subcontractors
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
- Experience with fire pumps, sprinklers, hydrants, hose reels, extinguishers, and suppression systems

Overview
- CESCO is seeking an experienced Fire Fighting Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the inspection, testing, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and repair of fire protection systems across various facilities in Qatar.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the maintenance, inspection, testing, and troubleshooting of fire protection systems.
- Manage maintenance activities for: Fire Pumps, Sprinkler Systems, Fire Hydrants, Hose Reel Systems, Fire Extinguishers, FM 200 Suppression Systems, NOVEC Suppression Systems, Aerosol Fire Suppression Systems, Fire Alarm Interfaces and Control Panels, Fire Protection Piping Networks.
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
- Lead and supervise technicians and subcontractors to ensure safe and efficient execution of maintenance activities.
- Conduct system inspections and performance testing in accordance with NFPA standards and client requirements.
- Investigate faults, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare maintenance reports, inspection records, service documentation, and compliance reports.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders regarding maintenance schedules and system performance.
- Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, company procedures, and fire safety regulations.
- Monitor spare parts inventory and recommend procurement requirements when necessary.
- Support emergency breakdown response and critical system restoration activities.
