About the Role

Responsibilities
- Supervise day to day port operations and ensure smooth execution of all assigned activities
- Coordinate daily manpower deployment, gang allocation, and shift planning based on operational requirements
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly manpower rosters in line with client requirements
- Plan and execute workforce mobilization to ensure timely manpower availability
- Serve as primary operational point of contact for clients and address day to day operational requirements and escalations
- Coordinate with terminal operations, transport, accommodation, recruitment, and payroll teams
- Arrange and coordinate On the Job Training (OJT) for newly hired employees prior to deployment
- Monitor attendance, manpower deployment, shift schedules, productivity, and workforce utilization
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in port operations, stevedoring, manpower supply, or logistics operations
- Experience in manpower deployment, gang operations, roster planning, workforce mobilization, and client coordination
- Strong leadership, planning, coordination, communication, and problem solving skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and operational reporting
- Valid UAE driving licence

Qualifications & Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in port operations, stevedoring, manpower supply, or logistics operations
- Experience in manpower deployment, gang operations, roster planning, workforce mobilization, and client coordination
- Previous experience in container terminals or port operations will be an added advantage
- Strong leadership, planning, coordination, communication, and problem solving skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and operational reporting
- A valid UAE driving licence is mandatory
