Enter customer orders into the system.
Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure orders are processed and aligned with production schedules.
Update customer portals with accurate ship dates to maintain on-time delivery commitments.
Prepare shipping documentation, including shipping labels, material certifications, Supplier Deviation Requests (SDR), and deviation requests as needed.
Submit inspection documentation and coordinate inspection requests.
Manage post-shipment activities, including invoicing through customer portals and updating customer shipping portals with tracking and shipment details.
Support material sales to customers.
Ensure all documentation meets customer and quality compliance requirements.
Communicate with internal teams (operations, quality, procurement) to resolve issues and maintain workflow efficiency.
Comply with all company policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
