About the Role
Barsha Oasis Nursery seeks an organized Operations Coordinator to manage daily service operations for facilities and environmental services, including scheduling, dispatch, client reporting, and compliance.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain the team's daily/weekly schedule, ensuring every site is serviced within its required time window (SLA)
- Dispatch field teams and confirm job completion
- Update and maintain client records in FOGWatch and DMChecked systems
- Scan, log, and organise all service reports
- Prepare and submit cleaning reports, picture reports, and service reports to clients and on client portals
- Arrange permits, MSRA, calibration inspections, and required training
- Prepare Project Completion Reports (PCRs)
- Coordinate with clients on scheduling and service confirmations
Requirements
- 2+ years in operations, coordination, scheduling, or administrative role
- Facilities management / cleaning / maintenance experience strongly preferred
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable coordinating and directing field teams
- Good written communication for client reports and portal submissions
- Proficiency in MS Excel; able to learn client systems quickly
- Available in the UAE and able to join immediately or within notice period

Company Overview
- Our company provides facilities and environmental services (including grease trap/FOG cleaning and maintenance) to clients across Dubai, including major facilities management companies.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- 2+ years in an operations, coordination, scheduling, or administrative role (facilities management / cleaning / maintenance experience strongly preferred)

Compensation
- Pay: AED 2,000 AED 2,500 per month
