About the Role

Responsibilities
- Welcome parents and visitors, answer calls and emails, manage enquiries, schedule tours and meetings, and maintain a tidy front desk
- Issue and track tuition invoices, collect and record fee payments, manage petty cash, supplier payments, and bank reconciliations
- Maintain accurate financial records and support monthly reporting
- Assist with general administration, filing, and record keeping
- Liaise with the management team on outstanding fees and parent accounts
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
- Proven experience in a bookkeeping or accounts role
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g. Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho, or similar)
- Strong spoken and written English; professional phone and email manner
- Excellent organisation, accuracy, and discretion with confidential information
- Own or family visa preferable living near the Center
- Front desk or customer service experience (Desirable)
- Arabic language skills (Desirable)

About the Role
- This is a dual role combining front desk hospitality with hands on bookkeeping.
- You'll be the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and callers, while also handling fee invoicing, payment collection, petty cash, and routine accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Reception: welcoming parents and visitors, answering calls and emails, managing enquiries, scheduling tours and meetings, and maintaining a tidy, professional front desk
- Accounts: issuing and tracking tuition invoices, collecting and recording fee payments, managing petty cash, supplier payments, and bank reconciliations
- Maintaining accurate financial records and supporting monthly reporting
- Assisting with general administration, filing, and record keeping
- Liaising with the management team on outstanding fees and parent accounts
Essential Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
- Proven experience in a bookkeeping or accounts role (experience in a school/nursery is a plus)
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g. Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho, or similar)
- Strong spoken and written English; professional phone and email manner
- Excellent organisation, accuracy, and discretion with confidential information
Desirable
- Front desk or customer service experience
- Arabic language skills
- Familiarity with school fee management or ERP systems

Salary
- Salary: 3000/month including transportation and accommodation
