Role Overview
Operations Coordinator supporting automotive detailing, polishing, paint correction, and car care projects.
The role coordinates daily operations, supervises teams, follows project schedules, ensures quality standards, and maintains communication with site teams, management, and customers.
Work Arrangement
- The role is based in the UAE and requires in-person work at project sites across different locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operations and allocate manpower for detailing and polishing projects.
- Coordinate with technicians, supervisors, customers, and management.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, attendance, materials, equipment, and tools.
- Ensure work follows company SOPs and quality standards through regular site inspections.
- Follow up on polishing, paint correction, ceramic coating, interior detailing, and exterior detailing services.
- Identify operational issues and coordinate timely resolution.
- Prepare daily and weekly operational reports covering manpower, progress, completed jobs, and pending work.
- Monitor chemicals, machines, polishing compounds, pads, towels, and other detailing materials.
- Coordinate equipment maintenance and report damaged or malfunctioning equipment.
