Job Description
Q2 General Cleaning is seeking an experienced Accountant & Administrator.
The role combines accounting, auditing, financial reporting, records management, and general office administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare invoices, receipts, payments, expense reports, and monthly financial reports.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable and perform bank and cash reconciliations.
- Assist with VAT, budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and audit preparation.
- Maintain accounting and administrative records, documentation, filing, correspondence, databases, and reports.
- Coordinate with management, employees, suppliers, and clients.
- Support HR and general office administration when required.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience is required.
- Previous auditing experience and experience with accounting or ERP systems are required.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software is required.
- Good knowledge of UAE accounting and VAT procedures is required.
- UAE experience is preferred.
