Role Overview
The employer is seeking a General Manager – Marketing to lead and manage marketing activities.
The role is based in the UAE and requires in-person work.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and plans.
- Lead and manage marketing activities and campaigns.
- Increase brand awareness and promote the company’s services.
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media campaigns.
- Monitor marketing performance and prepare regular reports for management.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Develop promotional campaigns and customer acquisition strategies.
- Work with operations and management teams to achieve business targets.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective use of resources.
- Build relationships with customers, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor competitors and market trends.
- Lead, guide, and evaluate the marketing team’s performance.
Requirements
- At least one year of proven professional marketing experience is required.
- Candidates without marketing experience should not apply.
- A university degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or another relevant field is required.
