Aspire Manpower Services is recruiting an Operations Coordinator on behalf of a client in the UAE.
About the Role
The role coordinates daily operational activities, maintains accurate records, communicates with stakeholders and ensures operational requirements are completed efficiently and on time.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor daily operational activities.
- Communicate with clients, suppliers and internal departments.
- Prepare schedules, reports, timesheets and operational documents.
- Track pending tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate manpower deployment, transportation and logistical requirements when applicable.
- Maintain accurate employee, client and operational records.
- Support purchase orders, invoicing and documentation processes.
- Address operational issues and escalate critical matters to management.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and client requirements.
- Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field.
