About the Role
Aspire Manpower Services is hiring Marine Connectorization Technicians for a client in the UAE marine and shipbuilding industry.
The position is Marine Connectorization Technician.
Responsibilities
- Perform connectorization and cable termination activities on marine vessels and shipbuilding projects.
- Install, terminate, and connect marine electrical and instrumentation cables.
- Route, dress, and secure cables according to project specifications.
- Read and interpret cable schedules, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
- Test and troubleshoot cable connections and terminations.
- Follow shipyard safety procedures and quality standards.
- Coordinate with electrical, instrumentation, and commissioning teams as required.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas properly.
Qualifications
- Technical qualification or relevant vocational certification is preferred.
- Relevant experience in marine, shipbuilding, ship repair, or a related industry.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in marine connectorization and cable termination.
