About the Role
The client is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Administrative Assistant.
The role provides administrative and operational support to the team.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support.
- Manage emails, correspondence, documents, and records.
- Prepare reports, presentations, letters, and other business documents.
- Schedule meetings and appointments, and maintain calendars.
- Handle data entry and maintain accurate records and databases.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Assist with general office administration and operational activities.
- Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.
- Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.
Qualifications and Skills
- A bachelor's degree or relevant qualification is preferred.
