Role Overview
The Operations Consultant partners with the Operations Supervisor to maintain stockroom organization and merchandise updates at the BC-Oakridge Park store.
The position also supports client service, cashier operations, store presentation, and inventory activities.
Client Service
- Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service to clients during store business hours.
- Assist in training cashiers and consultants on POS and MPOS systems.
Store Presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone.
- Support Sephora merchandising concepts and participate in shortage and loss reduction programs.
Merchandising and Operations
- Receive and process shipments in a timely manner and maintain stockroom organization.
- Process transfers, damages, and testers according to company standards.
- Check in visual elements and report missing or damaged pieces to the Operations Supervisor.
- Maintain safety and tidiness standards and communicate inventory issues to store leadership.
