Support distribution centre operations as a Warehouse Associate within Wesco's Melbourne Airport location.
The role is full-time and permanent, working Monday to Friday on a day roster.
Work as part of a small, hands-on team across core warehouse activities.
The role
- Receive, check and put away incoming goods.
- Pick, pack and prepare orders for dispatch.
- Load and ship orders accurately and on time.
- Perform quality control checks and stock counts.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and storage locations.
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies and errors.
- Work with internal customers to support orders and requirements.
- Support general day-to-day warehouse operations.

- Strong attention to detail.
- Positive and proactive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
- Warehouse or logistics experience is preferred.
- Forklift licence and LF or high-reach experience are preferred.
- Australian working rights.
