About the Role
Secure Lockers is seeking an organised, proactive Operations Assistant for its Campbellfield team.
The role coordinates orders, suppliers, freight, deliveries and installations from order confirmation through project completion.
The position is approximately 95% desk-based, with occasional operational tasks outside the office.

Secure Lockers is an Australian business specialising in commercial locker and storage solutions.
The business supplies traditional, smart and electronic locker systems across projects throughout Australia.
Key Responsibilities
- Place supplier orders, issue purchase orders and check orders against specifications and project requirements.
- Monitor production, dispatch and delivery timeframes, follow up suppliers and escalate delays.
- Obtain freight quotes, coordinate transport bookings and track deliveries.
- Coordinate customer delivery and installation dates and book installation subcontractors.
- Ensure installers have accurate information, documentation and materials before attending site.
- Confirm site access and installation requirements, then follow up outstanding installation items.
