Contract Administration
- Administer dam operations and maintenance contracts from mobilization through execution, completion and close-out.
- Monitor contractor performance against contractual requirements, work programs, staffing, service levels and response times.
- Review contract conditions, scopes, technical specifications, bills of quantities, submissions, maintenance plans and progress reports.
- Manage payment verification, variations, claims, change proposals, contract registers and auditable records.
Maintenance and Progress Monitoring
- Monitor preventive, predictive, corrective and emergency maintenance activities and review daily, weekly, monthly and look-ahead schedules.
- Track progress against approved plans, contractual milestones and client instructions, identifying delays, constraints and emerging risks.
- Follow up recovery measures, corrective actions, defects and non-conformances through closure.
- Monitor contractor KPIs, service-level agreements, contract values, commitments, expenditure and remaining balances.
Technical Coordination and Handover
- Coordinate reviews across civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, instrumentation and control disciplines.
- Participate in site inspections, testing, commissioning and handover activities.
- Review completion certificates, as-built drawings, O&M manuals, warranties and close-out documentation.
- Coordinate with government stakeholders, consultants, contractors and multidisciplinary teams across Saudi Arabia.
