Role Overview
Fit It Mates is seeking an organised administrator for client coordination, job scheduling, and day-to-day operations in a Dubai technical services and contracting company.
The role supports maintenance, renovation, fit-out, and related services and requires understanding enough of the work to coordinate clients and field teams effectively.
Client Communication and Coordination
- Handle incoming client enquiries by phone, WhatsApp, and email professionally and promptly.
- Gather accurate job details, communicate service scope and timelines, and clarify next steps.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, scheduled visits, and pending issues.
- Manage client expectations, escalate issues, and maintain professional client relationships.
Job Scheduling and Dispatch
- Schedule field technicians and engineers according to job type, location, and availability.
- Create work orders and maintain accurate job records in the company system.
- Track job progress, confirm completion, and coordinate site visit bookings.
- Ensure technicians receive job details, materials information, and client contact details before site attendance.
