About the Role
Fit It Mates is a technical services and contracting company in Dubai operating across maintenance, fit-out, joinery, renovation, waterproofing, and kitchen equipment services.
The Accountant owns the accounts function end to end and works with management and operations on records, receivables, and reporting.
Accounts and Billing
- Maintain books across all divisions and record income, expenses, supplier invoices, and payments daily.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations, manage petty cash, and track purchase orders and supplier payments.
- Issue milestone-based project invoices and recurring AMC contract invoices.
- Chase receivables, maintain the AR tracker, and coordinate job completion status before invoicing.
- Maintain records of quotations, signed agreements, and LPOs.
VAT and Payroll
- Prepare and file quarterly UAE VAT returns with the FTA and maintain supporting documentation.
- Liaise with the external auditor at year-end and maintain regulatory compliance.
- Process monthly WPS payroll and reconcile visa, labour card, leave, deduction, and employee-related records.
